The dresser was pretty easy to assemble - it took me about six hours. All pieces (except one), hardware, and screw holes were in good order. The instructions were very clear. It is important to study the drawings to get the proper fit. A magnetic screwdriver is helpful, as some of the screws are tiny. All in all, the dresser feels sturdy once assembled. The dresser came with one piece of veneer chipped off in the front (see photo). I am using this in a closet, so it’s not a dealbreaker for me. I touched it up with a bit of paint. Just something to keep in mind when unpacking, to ensure there is no missing veneer on any pieces.
