I like the couch and it works well for the price. The couch helps holds our weight. The couch is better than we would expect for the price.

It was Easy to put together I did needs second person to put it together. It is firm but comfortable.

Looks great in my small space. I am a 76 year old woman living alone and I assembled this piece by myself. It’s really that easy!

The couch itself looks OK but I was unaware of that. The bottom cushions are fixed so you can never turn them. The couch had a bent bracket which means it is not level. Wayfair agreed to send me parts to repair it. They didn’t have parts so they replace the couch with the same sofa. The problem is the shipping. I had no idea when the sofa was coming, even though I was assured I would have full control via tracking. The replacement sofa was lost in the mail and just appeared one day so my mother had no help available for her to set it up. I think Wayfair does a great job. However, the shipping in this situation was not good at all.
