Very happy with this product, color, material, and firmness.

Product comes in 3 packages and is vacuum sealed. I though it would 'puff' out more after a week, but the cushions are still rather thin. We're purchasing extra pillows and throw blankets to make this more comfortable.

I have mixed feelings about this sofa. I purchased the light grey and it does compliment my living room. I also love the shape and versatility of the ottoman. I just wish it wasn’t as firm as it is and had softer fabric. I also purchased this sofa with the understanding that it would arrive next day which was the reason I chose this sofa, as my daughter was returning home days later, but it arrived an entire week late.

The couch is pretty but it’s poorly constructed. We had to reinforce the joints. We’ve had it for less than 3 months and will have to replace entirely within a year. Not worth the money.

Unfortunately this sectional did not meet my expectations. Several of the screw holes were drilled to wide, and it felt like we were putting together lawn furniture. Wayfair customer service was fabulous and resolved my issue within minutes !
