The chair delivered quickly. It was quick to set up. We noticed almost immediately a tear on the one side. The tear lines up with a slice in the delivery box so guessing something happened in shipment. Contacted customer service waiting for feedback.

I love this chair! Can’t believe I found a real leather recliner for this price. Amazing deal. Very comfortable chair, everything on it works great and feels fabulous. Do not have any complaints at all, very beautiful and comfortable chair for the price. Very happy with my purchase.

Chair is very comfortable! I have to complete with kids and cat to use it! Need to make sure you have enough room around it because the spot I have it in is really to small and especially if you have kids. The like to swivel around in it and rock it. Overall Im very happy with it and its nice at the end of the day to put heat and massager on!

Very comfortable. Easy to assemble and delivered a day ahead of scheduled delivery.

Maybe I'll get used to it in a couple days. Not really liking it at the moment it looks cheap it feels cheap. Considering sending it back.
