All parts and hardware were included. Drawers don’t lineup perfectly but for the price it was ok.

The bed is quite a lot to assemble, but once together, it is very beautiful. We had to order replacement parts because a drawer broke and the back panels to the shelves were not square. They sent us a whole new bed! The materials are a bit cheap as the drawer fronts are made of MDF which is part of why the drawer broke upon assembly. You also have to screw the sides of the drawer into a block on the drawer that already has screws in it, so it really impacts the structural integrity, so it was no surprise when it cracked and broke; however, overall it works for our space and my daughter loves it.

Shelves are not sturdy, but overall the bed is good for the price

Instructions were not easy to follow. Took quite some time even with 2 people to assemble. Had to re-do some parts to align them properly either read instructions wrong or assembled them wrong. But it is a nice bed once assembled. Definitely what I was looking for and value for price.

This bed was a serious project to put together. My husband and daughter spend about 4 hours on it, so maybe an item worth adding the extra assembly fee on to. It looks and functions well! One tip is that you’ll need to get a much thinner mattress for the trundle bed than for the top one.
