Why such terrible couch cushions? I would understand flat thin cushions if you didn't have to remove them to pull the bed down, but you have to remove them in any case so why not make the cushions comfortable?? Everything about this is very functional and works well. The back support on the couch is non-existent. This could be a fantastic product. You just need to improve the couch with better cushions and back support. P.s. some of my hardware screws were deformed, would be great to get some replacements.
