When I read some other reviews on this item and people mentioned it was for someone on the taller side, I figured it was meant for my family. I’m 6’, my son is 6’4” and growing, and the rest of us aren’t exactly short. First, let me say that assembly was a breeze. I put the foot rest and chair together in roughly a half hour. The wood bases are beautiful, heavy, and sturdy. And the upholstery fabric seems durable—as if it will be willing to put up with eldest and resist stains. But the best part of this set is that it fits my family! If you are tall and looking for a comfortable, supportive seat, go for this one!

This was easy to assemble and really soft and comfortable. 360 swivel is nice to have and reclining makes this very nice. Has a soft polyester material with a good foam cushioning and has a matching ottoman.

I really like the overall style of this chair/footrest. It has a modern and stylish look, but the assembly directions were very poor and difficult to follow. Unfortunately, the material quality also makes me question how well this will hold up with everyday use. It is nice looking, but for longevity, it would be better suited for occasional use rather than sitting in it everyday.

REAL LEATHER!!! This chair is very well built with all solid metal connection points. The material is soft and plush and easily the most comfortable chair in the house. Chair was packaged well and was really easy to assemble with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this item.

Nice addition to my setting area. Doesn’t have a strong lumbar for your lower back. I’m hoping the seat breaks down a little, it’s pretty firm, which may be a good thing. Very sturdy and doesn’t wobble around. But all in all is what I have been looking for. FYI, the box had a tear in it, was well packed and no damage. I am a 70 year-old female, it took me less than an hour to put together, if had help, probably would’ve taken like 30 minutes.
