Product looked good online, and yes it does look good in person, but when the unit showed up and we started to assemble it, we didn’t get past step four (of nineteen), because the base to the entire unit didn’t have any pre drilled holes for attachments. Can’t really go beyond that point as everything else connects into the unit. Waited a few days for delivery and now we’re waiting about another 8-10 days for the replacement part and some missing screws. Not sure how the unit passed QC from the factory, but it looks nice sitting un-assembled in our house. UPDATE: was sent a full second unit, and surprise surprise, it too has the same issue. The base is missing all the screw holes. At least this one has all of the parts.
