I haven't opened it yet. Just disappointed with Fed Ex not delivering it to my door

This bed is good but really low to the ground. So we had to use risers so the mattress would fit.

Poor quality. Back board pieces did not match and were flimsey. Piece did not align to it could not be assembled.

The head board is extremely flimsy and very challenging to put together. The pieces were not cut correctly and we had to shave off some to get it all together. My main issue was that the description said 9” mattress, but did not clarify that was only for the top bed. The bottom only fits a 6” mattress, which wasn’t listed at all. I had already ordered 2 mattresses and had to order a 3rd to fit. Now I’m stuck with an extra mattress I cannot return.
