This chair is everything one hopes for. It's comfy, beautiful, and comes with lots of bells and whistles. Don't hesitate to purchase. You won't regret it.

I received a chinese adapter that doesn't plug into a standrd electrical outlet. I contacted Wayfair about this a week ago and have had no reply in a week! If this is not resolved soon I will never order from wayfair ever again!

I bought this chair based on the way the seat is made because I was going to have a knee replacement. The first chair I received stopped working (power) in a week. The replacement chair has worn out (seat) in a month. I am well under (by 100 lbs.) the maximum weight for the chair!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

BUYER BEWARE! I was sent a European plug that is obviously not compatible with US outlet. Therefore, the chair is nonfunctional. There was also a large tear in the side of the chair. When I reached out to Wayfair, they directed me to speak with the manufacturer and could not help me with my issues. The manufacturer stated they could either send a new plug or give a discount. I am not paying for a reclining chair that does not recline, especially one this expensive and I am not paying for one that was torn! Both incidents are due to negligence and neither the manufacturer or Wayfair is stepping up to make this right. Do not purchase- save yourself the headache and the money and get something nicer from an actual furniture store.
