This item was bought for a small condo but we moved into a bigger home shortly after getting it. This couch has held up however, the left hand lever to recline to chair has broken and a part under the recliner had broken making it very difficult to put down and push back in.

The fabric is delicate and snags easily on things. Hard to sit on at first but overtime softened up. Perfect size for our small living room

It fits wonderfully in my living room. The husband and kids approve. It is nice and firm in all the right places. The chase reclines. The recliner works well. I would buy it again!
