Very comfortable. Lovely upholstery. Smooth motor. Love it!!!

Good chair. Firm seating. Do wish it had a remote instead of corded control. Otherwise very happy. Would buy again.

The chair is beautiful, comfy and works great for my dad.

I’m not very happy with it. I need to call the store because when you get up from the chair, it makes a loud pop like the seat sinks in and then the spring pops out. I don’t know if that’s the way it’s supposed to be and then the leg lift doesn’t lift very high. It’s not straight out. It’s kinda at a slight angle. It’s very uncomfortable for someone who has leg problems.

The chair is nice but it does not lift all the way up.
