Very nice and comfortable couch

The set look nice, and goes together well. However, after 6 months the upholstery started wrinkling and by 8 months started peeling away. I called Wayfair and they said since I did not report it in 6 months, there is nothing they could do. I definitely would stay away from this product and manufacturer as it is clearly designed to only hold up long enough to meet manufacturer warrantee. I am very disappointed in Wayfair's lackluster response to this problem.

The product was exactly what we ordered. The RXO delivery team separated the boxes from the delivery pallet and set them inside for us (it was about to rain and they helped us get the product out of the weather). From there, is was very easy for us to unbox and assemble. The set fits into the space as we had imagined it. I felt the communication from the post order support team at Wayfair (Amy) and the RXO delivery team was very good and allowed us to plan accordingly. Very happy with the result.

Delivery people were excellent on time and very courteous. Sofa looks great but did not fit in my space I called for return and did not have any problems they picked the sofa up in 3 day

It is a beautiful sofa but a F.Y.I that isn't straight forward. The 2 ends are rocker recliners .We didn't notice it until we re read the details on it .Should say in the main description that it is a motion theater sofa. But with that aside it fits our needs perfectly and I am getting use to the rocker.All in all it appears to be a quality sofa from what I've seen in the big name stores and I shop around alot before a purchase like this.
