Definitely nice for a small space. Bottoms of chairs could use some sort of floor protector on them. Putting chairs together can be tricky, they will sit uneven if you don't leave them loose and level them before you tighten the screws all the way. Overall, not a bad value for what you pay. Seen better, seen worse.
