I love the dining set. Just a perfect size on our dining area.

Have to fix the table yet. But from what it looks, it's comfortable and useful. Looks sturdy for now. The chair color is beautiful too.

Soo many issues with this purchase. Firstly, the washers that are supposed to go in with the screws for the small table just don’t fit. I have to screw the pieces in without using the washers. I tried to buy washers to fit the screws, but I didn’t find the exact size at the local stores. Also, the screws for all the chairs are also quite loose. They keep coming off no matter how much I screw them. Now the chairs are wobbly and it’s so upsetting to have to keep tightening them everyday. I reached out to the manufacturer and they asked for picture evidence. I suggested demonstrating this on a video instead as it’s difficult to tell from a picture that the screws just don’t work and the chairs are wobbly. I got no response from them and I have emailed multiple times to follow-up. Seems like I was just ignored. Poor customer service and poor product! I tried to place a return but I don’t see an option to do that. The only reason I gave two stars is because the cushions for the chairs are somewhat comfortable. This is even of no use since the wooden part of the chairs aren’t sturdy and the chair is shaky. I’m so frustrated and extremely unhappy with my purchase. It’s quite disappointing to spend a lot of money and not even get to enjoy the product. This dining set is really not worth it!! Save your money and buy elsewhere
