Lit de jour double

I placed my original order on 2/15/23. It arrived about a week and a half later and was the wrong size. Again, I called Wayfair and the rep was very nice and helpful. We re-ordered it and it arrived another week or so later and was AGAIN the wrong size bed. The representative, Victoria was very nice and apologetic and asked me do I want to get my money back or re-order. I basically said SURELY something can be done to be sure your team will deliver the correct bed to me the THIRD time. I stayed on top of them because after almost two weeks the bed still had not shipped. A time or two I reached out on chat to discuss it and no one ever followed through and on my question. It finally shipped a third time and arrived and was the correct size and style. HOWEVER, it did not come with all the bolts. Now we had to throw it aside and wait until the morning to be able to buy the missing bolts from the hardware store. Needless to say, I’m not sure we will ever order from Wayfair again.
