One of the better purchases for my office/den. Expands for larger projects (puzzles, model building) and closes up for a small table. Seems good quality wood. Assembly is a snap. Nice to have a table in me smaller den. Very affordable and a very good value.

Perfect size for a retired couple that rarely would need more than four place settings. Easy to assemble and sturdy. We are extremely happy with our purchase!

The mechanism is GREAT! Best leaf table extension design by far...so easy to pull out and expand. Only if it had proper storage for the leaf. The drop leaf that hangs is annoying and prevents a 4th person from enjoying a meal when not expanded. Also, this table is NOT SOLID WOOD. It came bubbly and warped with super fake graining that flakes off. We decided to keep it make our own table top and a storage design for the leaf so it won't be hanging.
