These bed frames are sturdy, solid wood, and easy to assemble! Tools are carefully packed in the box, items clearly labelled, and you get a ratchet with every frame making tightening screws easy peasy! Assembly is simple but if you’d rather spend time doing something else, just select assembly service and don’t stress. I highly recommend this product and would 1,000 purchase again!

Pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting much due to the price but its actually really nice. Clear easy directions. Easy to put together. Did a full size frame solo and it took about an hour but I wasn't rushing. Good materials too.

Put this in a spare bedroom. It came together easily and I have no complaints so far. Very neutral and unoffensive bed frame.

would not recommend taking the risk on a large item from this company. The bed I received was clearly not new. It appeared to be someone else’s return or an open-box item. Pieces were loose in a Ziploc-style plastic bag that had already busted open, parts were missing, and the wood was scratched. This was not a minor packaging issue. It looked like a returned product had simply been sent back out to another customer. Customer service did offer a refund, but that did not really solve the problem. I live on a remote island that is not serviced by FedEx or UPS, so returning a large bed is not simple or realistic. For a product this large, the company needs to make sure it is complete, undamaged, and properly packaged before shipping it out. I am very disappointed. Large furniture purchases are already a hassle, and this experience made clear that it is not worth the risk.
