Good value. The chairs look good. A little bit of a pain to assemble however.

Well I saw some reviews with this problem and thought “what are the odds it will happen to me?” And then it did. Leg supports holes in the wrong places, so the side supports are 6.5” inches up in the back… and 9.5 inches up in the front on on to the pieces At least the one that is correctly manufactured is wonderful and sturdy

I waited until the stools were in use for a while before entering a review. First, the assembly was not difficult and took about 1/2 hour per chair. I am very pleased with the style and look. To date, they are holding up well. The seat is a good size and comfortable. The only issue I had was that one leg (out of 4 chairs) came short causing a wobble but that was quickly resolved by contacting customer support. A replacement was sent out promptly. It took me a while to find bar stools that I liked and these have not disappointed.

One chair was perfect, one has the cutouts for the bottom rail in the wrong place. I would be happy with a replacement.

The bar stool has a manufacturers defect. The legs are not aligned. Its not matching my other stools

FALSELY ADVERTISED -- AVOID BUYING THESE STOOLS AT ALL COSTS. Not only do these chairs take *forever* to assemble (see other reviews) but they are NOT 28" tall. The height to the cushion is not even 26", so most bars will require an additional booster seat in order to accommodate a human being of average height. Really disappointed with Wayfair on this one.

It looks beautiful, and the fabric is really nice. However the quality of these stools is very poor. Some of the screws did not tight at all. The legs of the stools are not level. When you sit, the stool move from side to side. One of the bottom of the cushions was broken. Visually is really nice, just like the picture.

Nice and so far sturdy chairs. Assembly instructions aren’t the easiest but once we figured out the first one, the others were easy.

Alignment of the screws and holes is poor and instructions talk about dropping the stool from height for legs alignment which doesnt work at all. The cushion on the chair goes down with weight and doesnt seem to be of great quality. I would recommend going for a better quality item even if it costs a little more

Very nice counter height dining chair. Purchased and assembled four chairs. They look amazing! Was sent four of the same legs (instead of 2 and 2). Made a quick phone call and the replacement legs were on their way super quick. Not interested in holding back on a star for the error. Would really like to add an additional star for the Great customer service!!
