I like the design, and it wasn't too hard to put together. You need to lay out all the pieces in an organized manner and most importantly the hardware! Now the bad ... The paint was uneven. There are lots of uneven gaps, particular along the top of the unit. Lastly, the edges of some of the parts are dirty and frayed, and unfortunately these are the last pieces to notice during the assembly. Had I know earlier, I would have returned it. But now, it's impossible to try to fit all the parts neatly back into the box for shipping.

Boxes were badly damaged. Pieces of furniture were damaged.

Fast delivery. Came in 2 boxes. A lot of pieces and be cautious to read directions slowly while putting together! Very beautiful. Sleek. Seemed like it was a process to put together but was well worth it for the outcome! Used as an occasional work from home space with pullout bed for kids.

Wish I would’ve known the size mattress needed. Wayfair recommended a 10 inch mattress for purchase, and I bought it.

I’m really enjoying this Murphy bed, it was the perfect replacement for my guest room bed. Now I have way more room when not using the bed and the cabinets replaced my old nightstand as well. Took quite a while to put together but overall went pretty smoothly.
