This Loveseat is not designed for 5' 4" people, short people, due to the height from the floor to the cushion or the depth from the front of the cushion to the back cushion standing up straight; thus, leaving feet dangling above the floor 3-4". Designed for height of buyers on advertisement would be important. The arms are hard and not plush to rest your arms upon. The throw pillow was too deep to rest back upon; pushing one to the front of the cushion. Yes, the cushion was firm. The buying, notification, delivery and prompt return pick up was very organized.

I was surprised by the workmanship. It's a nice piece but for the money, I was a little disappointed. There was some discoloration on the side panel, there was some slight staining on one of the cushions, and the other cushion had a little dark color streak. I didn't know if it was dirt or a dark stain. There was a little snagged stitching portion on the back panel. They had the same chair at other vendors for half the price, but I have purchased from Wayfair and trust their name. The other vendors, I never heard of. I'd rather pay double and get a good product. I did expect it to be in Prestine shape, like the other items I ordered from them. However, they of course took care of everything. That's the best part of purchasing from a reputable place. They stand behind their products.
