good chair a little firm overall I like it!

Comfortable, but tilt mechanism and plastic ring on the swivel bottom is not very sturdy.

I'm 5ft8in tall. For me the chair is too small. It's uncomfortable as the back does not come vertical enough therefore my neck gets sore holding it up and my feet don't touch the floor. Very uncomfortable for tv viewing. It's a small chair.

Chair is perfect for what I wanted. Gave it 4 Stars because the installation instructions were horrible and swivel feature is not real smooth. I plan to correct that issue.

Look nice ,but way to low and can't figure out lay chairs back and won't move , and not worse prices, after give give refund 62.00 to much package return, just have built something add 3 or 4 inch higher

One of the boxes was delivered damaged, but upon checking the items all seems to be well. These recliners do not recline as advertised and are unacceptable for our use.

Loved this chair. Has amazing lumbar support Fit my needs for corner in the room but with 360 swivel can watch TV and be apart of the conversation in my room. LOVE THE texture of the material. SO VERY HAPPY WITH THIS CHAIR

Not my favorite overall. I love the look. I love the fabric and the reddish tone of the wood. The seats, arms and back are firm but comfortable. I love the simplicity of the design as well as the mechanical functionality. What i don't like is that the front of the seat is 18 inches off the floor and my feet dangle a good 3 inches from the floor. All this while the back of the seat is only 13.5 inches off the floor and the appears no way to adjust this. This angle also makes the back slant backwards making it impossible to sit upright. Additionally, while it only takes the pull of a lever to release the foot rest, it is impossible for most women to push the foot rest back down unless you get out of the chair and use your knee to push it down. You can't slide forward in the seat to get more leverage as then the chair wants to tip forward and dump you out on the floor. Change these two things, seat angle and ease of lowering the foot rest and you would have a 6 rating
