This was my first time ordering from Wayfair and I was really excited to find a table that would fit into the small space in my kitchen. I ordered the 5-piece oak dining set and it clearly had two colors to choose from I chose the walnut brown with walnut brown seating. when I received the order the chairs were grey seating, which is not what I ordered. I contacted customer service, they saw on the site that the description stated walnut brown seating, but upon looking into it further, they realized that the table only come in the color grey. I was ok with that and returned the table and ordered a different set. The second order was the Dillard 5-piece dining set, color dark brown with chair color sand/dark brown. I received the order and again, (2nd time) it was the incorrect item which was a walnut color table with grey seating. Contacted customer service again and was told that they had clearly made a mistake and had sent me an item that was the incorrect color and was marked as out of stock on the website. I returned the item (2nd return) and was told that they could definitely get me the correct item. Today 11/30/2023 I received what was supposed to be the Dillard 5-piece dining set, color dark brown with chair color sand/dark brown which is what I ordered. Again the incorrect item and returning a 3rd time. I am not sure why I keep getting the incorrect item but at this point it is ridiculous. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Wayfair again. Not sure what is going on with your inventory, but you need to get your website updated and your inventory corrected, because it seem that you do not list what you currently have. This was very frustrating and disappointing.
