Item arrived super fast and was packaged nicely. Unboxing was a breeze. Instructions were vague in some parts and assembling the arms was a bit challenging at times. Chair mechanical parts are durable and the recline is smooth as butter. The quality of the upholstery is fair but I expected a little better. This would be comparable to a recliner you’d find in an RV. Will make a suitable theater seat for my basement theater.

Nice recliner. It did take me some time to put together. You have to build the arms. Once I finally got to sit in it, I had a hard time getting it to recline and even harder getting it to close up. But when you are sitting, it is comfortable. I was not really impressed with the massage part; it all felt the same, just a vibration.

I had no idea this was a wall hugger chair. Talk about a happy surprise. My husband loves his new chair especially the massage and heat features and his cup holders. One thing, however, in the description it says the chair comes fully put together that is not the case. You have to build the arms completely and put on the two sides to the back of the chair. It took some time and patience, but once built it is actually a very nice chair and very comfortable. For the price I dont think you could find a better chair, but make sure you have someone to help you build it.

Wrong color, damaged box, damaged chair and not “fully assembled.” Disappointed in the customer service. Spoke to Wayfair about the picture not matching the stated color prior to the purchase and still received the black chair instead of the brown. Now it’s a hassle to coordinate with FEDEX to return it.

Easy to assemble and looks nice.
