Received the first box, piece was damaged. Wayfair replaced it. They were extremely accommodating! Sent me a new futon. I opened box, piece was damaged and there were parts missing!!!!!!!!!!! First two photos were from the second futon, third photo were from the first futon and the last photo shows that i only received the bottom part. Should have a back part too!
