Mcpherson 6 - Piece Upholstered Reclining Sectional with 2 Lay-Flat Reclining Seats and Storage Console

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME This is a 6 piece set. Only received 5. Spent 2 months calling customer service trying to get my full order only to be told there is nothing they can do and I need to send it all back and get a refund. Extremely disappointed. Not sure why this is still available to purchase when according to other reviews, NO ONE receives their full order.

Finally arrived but the recliner won’t recline. Totally broken.

Loved the sectional, we just didn’t receive all of it the wedge was broken. Wayfair was very helpful unfortunately we had to return it due to not being able to get the remaining pieces. I order from Wayfair a lot this was my 1st disaster, but when you deal with 3rd party companies also, it just happens. They are great to deal with I appreciated their response.

Really good for the price. We got it delivered way sooner than it had originally said. Putting it together was pretty easy too! It comes with many throw pillows which is nice. The two recliners work good we got the power one. It’s comfy, good material, the side arm rest though do have me a tad worried bc they almost seem a tad loose But maybe I’m just picky. Overall I’d recommend. One issue we did have though is they said originally it would be full service delivery for free, but after the couches shipped, they changed it to where they would only drop it off to our door and when I tried to go back and change it in like the settings for the couch, it wouldn’t let us change it back, but I don’t know why it changed in the first place, but I couldn’t actually complain still because it came way earlier than it originally said which was nice!
