Chaise d'appoint rembourrée en bois massif Morris (Ensemble de 2)

Buyer Beware!!!!! I ordered a total of 6 chairs. On January 16, 2023 I ordered the first 2, in order to make sure that they were of a high quality. On January 27, 2023 I received the light gray as listed on ALL the stock photos and the reviewed photos. On January 28, 2023 I ordered 4 more gray chairs. On February 8, 2023 I received the dark gray with navy and black flecked chairs. I called and was told they would send out replacements. Now the order processing team said Wayfair has denied an exchange because they say "There is no guarantee that if ordered separately, the items will be the same color due to different fabric dye lots. Since this product is not what you were anticipating, we have canceled the replacement to prevent the same item from shipping again." EVEN though they FEEL completely different. It has nothing to do with the dye. The fabric is different, despite what they claim.

Fabric color wasnt the same as depicted online had flecks of white when it appeared to be a solid charcoal grey

Beautiful chairs and guests ALWAYS comment how comfortable they are. Have a set of six for our dining set. We have had them for about 2 years and they still look brand new. Occasionally one of the sliver decorative tack falls out and has to be hammered back in. I have other furniture with similar tacks and it happens on those two; so perhaps something common to the style. But if you have small children and dogs who eat anything it might be a problem. Would purchase them again.

UPDATE: I’ve had these chairs for over 2 yrs now and 6 months ago I sustained a back injury. I realized after some time that I can no longer sit in these chairs for even a short while without my back going out for days (even longer on occasion). No other chairs in my house cause this problem. They are beautiful though. Much nicer in person, IMO. I ordered the Turquoise-colored upholstery and its more of a dark-muted teal/blue, not as vibrant as the online picture shows. One of those happy accidents, as the color worked out even more perfectly with my decor. The upholstery itself is kind of a retro-textured "tweed". I swear my parents (in the 60's) had a chair with similar upholstery. Very cool! Overall, I'm very happy with both the look and structure of the chairs. Oh, and that they're rated for up to 300lbs of weight, which means they're built solidly and well. Came fully assembled too. Big plus!
