Murphy Bed Storage Cabinet with Drawers, Mattress Included, Black

The bed is great for the space we have, but very complicated to assemble.

Because it is particle board, a had some pieces break off when screening. Directions were easy to follow, but wish I could add points. Only a couple ofvpuctures not accurate.

I’m not a review person, first time writing one. There was no manual, hard to put together and then after one week of our guest sleeping on it, the bolts rusted. The the wood is like cardboard obviously the hardware is not good either. I don’t understand why the hardware would rust! Oh and the number to manufacture is disconnected! And I’ve been waiting for customer service’s email for a month now! Nope nothing, no one has reached out! This was the first time I have had a really bad experience with Wayfair, customer service, and the product itself. I’ve called customer service four times and my issue is not resolved! There was no manual and the PDF online was wrong. I spoke to a manger and they said they will mail the manual that was right before Thanksgiving, nope they did not. We managed to find a PDF my handyman husband fixed it. To add to it, they said they will send someone to fix it because we did not have a manual, nope no one came. Now the whole rust thing, I called again and they said we will email you in the next 24-48 hours. Yeah, right ! they keep telling me we will email you and so far no has. I just want a response! Can customers service please reach out to me.

Nice compact Murphy bed. It takes a while to assemble but not bad if you have a helper.

Was a lot of work to put together, definitely need two people. Took a couple days to complete. Instructions are not the clearest.
