Great couch however JW delivery company out of Springfield is a huge disappointment. They don’t schedule appointments they just text you a datetime and won’t answer their phone. Worst delivery company! However, the drivers were respectful and careful bringing in the furniture. Not sure where the damage occurred but will report it to Wayfair customer care. Other than that, easy to put together, did it by myself.

I do like the fabric and I like the cushiony pillows that are attached to the couch by the way. I hate the seat depth. I measured it and everything but I hate it. So I’m trynna get an ottoman. But the matching ottoman is always out of stock and like $400 and that’s a hard no. The arm rest of the couch is soooo boxy and it’s honestly very uncomfortable. I was trying to exchange this couch for different one but customer service wouldn’t let me cuz 60 days had passed. I’m trying to make the most of it but if I were y’all I would find another place or another couch to buy from.

Excellent! Couch is a little darker than photo but good quality. Exactly what I was looking for.
