The chair is good. Feels solid and is comfortable but one of the feet on the chair was broken. The Wayfair service was not so good. Repeated delays. Tracking of shipment was a joke. Page always said expected delivery was for a day that had already passed. Was impossible to plan for the actual shipment date with their tracking system and then it just randomly showed up one day. Very bad experience on that front.
