After waiting about 4 to 5 weeks for delivery, the minute we open the box, there was a piece of the frame that was broken, so, we had to pack it up and send it back. Very disappointed! At first, when I started the return process, I sent pictures of the damage, and the manufacturer told me they couldn't see the damage, and I sent them a close-up of it. I did not hear anything back from them after I sent the close up, so, I started a different kind of return where I had to end up paying $87 to return a defective item. I was not happy! However, someone from Wayfair, named Michelle, called me and sent me an email stating that I did not have to pay shipping on a defective item that's being returned, and she apologized for the response I had received from the manufacturer. She sent me a new return label where I did not have to pay the shipping cost, and arranged to have the chair picked up. Michelle turned what was a nightmare into a blessing. She's the best! I may give wayfair another chance, but it won't be now cuz I need the chair sooner. Thank you, Michelle!

This is an excellent chair for people with difficulty getting up and is very comfortable for anyone.

Very easy assembly. I got this for my mother after her knee surgery and she said it helped out greatly. The chair itself is also very comfortable.
