Petronela Solid Wood Piece Bedroom Set

We remodeled our bedroom and this set was perfect!

We ordered an entire bedroom set and paid for the full installation assembly and removal of all cardboard and packaging materials. The experience was very unsatisfactory. The two delivery persons had no prior experience assembling a bed and were surprised that it was expected of them. The installation and assemblytook three hours and I had to help them the whole time to actually assemble the bed, including reading and interpreting the instructions. I also had to loan my tools as they brought none. Once everything was out, we noticed the tall dresser had a manufacturing defect on the top corner and one of the drawer mechanisms was broken. We are currently in the process of attempting to replace that item, Hopefully Wayfair will stand behind their process and product
