6 - Person Solid Wood Top Four Leg Dining Set

I really like the table, but the chairs are not so desirable. The first order the chairs had to be returned because the pegs were too big to go into the holes, so those chairs could not be assembled. They were returned and another set of 6 chairs had to be ordered. Now that I have the second set of 6 chairs, I now see they were not put together well. The a few of the chairs rock because the legs are uneven. I also think the craftsmanship of the chairs appear to be poor. The four supporting footrests (front, back, left and right) very are loose. This appears to come from the pegs now being too small to securely fit in the holes and there being no glue inserted to secure the fit. Also, the glued-on cushions have come apart from the chair's the wood frame base. I was told to let them sit for 48 hours, which they did. They sat for 2 weeks before they were used. After using them for 1 day, I now have to have them unassembled, use another type of sealing agent to secure the loose foot bars and the cushions. If you get this table, please make sure your chairs are completed to your satisfaction.

Absolutely beautiful! The photos don’t do it justice. Perfect size if you have limited space. Even when fully extended, it’s not too big and can still comfortably fit 6... 4 even more comfortably. Really good, solid piece of furniture! Have received many compliments. I would not hesitate to recommend.
