Super comfortable. My husband and I love ir. I like how you can recline the feet and the head. Gives you motes of options.

Logistical Nightmare! Although the product is in good condition everything else about the process was not good. 1. It took 21 days to receive item. 2. it was received after the week estimated delivery. 3. delivery company would not answer calls or respond to messages. 4. delivery company did not call ahead of time and was about to leave loveseat on the front step(full service is included). 5. when i answered they were not going to unpackage or setup inside house. They stated their partner was not there and they would not be able to. I then offered to help. 5. Once we took it inside the house he said ok thats it and decided to leave. He did not unwrap, setup, or take away trash.(full service) 6. when dealing with wayfair chat customer service was not provided much service and was directed to call wayfair to see if they would email the delivery company.

It is a beautiful, sturdy, comfortable couch. The delivery process was very thorough and on time! Highly recommend
