Very happy with this loveseat - the material is so soft and it was easy to assemble. (10 minutes) I had a question so I emailed the manufacture and they got right back to me. I thought when I ordered it was a solid color but it is more a nice blend of color. I like it! Arrived 3 days early which was a big bonus.

It’s perfect for the space. Everything is just like the picture. The assembly is super easy and it’s very comfortable. The middle backrest is stored in the zipped up compartment of the sofa. We didn’t see it at first but we figured out later. Thank you.

I did a lot of research before buying this sofa—even though the reviews werent the best—and then today was my turn the sofa arrived with the seat-reclining button broken on one side. (I paid an extra 100 for assembly, even though the sofa arrived practically fully assembled in the box.) We contacted Wayfair, who told me I would have to wait three days for the manufacturer to get in touch with me. Honestly, this whole situation is very frustrating and takes up a lot of my time I took a day off work just to wait for this sofa to arrive, and now I have to wait for someone to tell me when and how they’re going to come fix it. So, at the moment, I am not happy with my purchase however, I really hope they resolve my issue quickly and competently, and I will come back here to share how my final experience turns out.
