The quality was what I expected for the price. I had to send it back for the color. In my bedroom lighting, the headboard looked grey next to the whites and creams in the room. Trying to buy online is difficult for color!

For the product itself, I would give zero stars. It clearly says that it is a wall-mounted headboard on the website. But it is built to attach to a bed frame. I do not have a bed frame that can attach to any headboard. I needed a wall-mounted headboard. This was not that. On the other hand, Monica from Wayfair was extremely helpful. She scheduled a pickup for me so I don't even have to try to get it to a shipping center. They will get it from my house. So, she gets a gold star for her customer service. Probably will not shop on Wayfair for a wall-mounted headboard because now I am wary about anything that is written on this site.

Wish I could give this zero stars. I ordered 2 twin size headboards and received queen size. I tried to give Wayfair a chance to make this right, but each attempt ended with queen size headboards being delivered instead of twin size. I finally gave up and requested a refund. Very disappointed.

It is a beautiful headboard and it came exactly as described. The only thing is that it doesn't fit my bedframe so it is just sitting there unattached and banging against the wall. When I purchased it, I specifically asked the help team if I could attach it to my frame because it did say that it has to be attached to the wall and they told me that it would. This is very disappointing!
