Assembly instructions were not included. We pulled all the 30-40 parts out looking for them but they were not there. I went to the item’s webpage and downloaded the instructions from Wayfair. Thought I was in luck, however, the instructions were for the wrong bed. We looked at the box a little closer and sure enough, it was a slightly different bed from what we ordered. Chatted with customer service and the gal was not helpful at all. She sent me the same instructions that I found on their website. I told her that. So she offered to mail them to me. I said, “that’s not going to help me—I already have the wrong instructions lol. She was just not paying attention to what I was saying at all. Asked for a refund. She said she would so that’s good. But now we have to pack it all up, ugh. Two huge heavy boxes full.

wasnt built right in the manufacturing process so it wasnt able to be fully built.

Great looking bed. But do yourself a favor and PAY FOR ASSEMBLY!

Very disappointed with this product. The instructions are very basic and doesn’t label sides. The wood and non wood pieces are all splintered and frayed. Missing bolts and generally poorly made. The bed is made out of cardboard and toothpicks. Not worth the money spent at all. Only came with three out of four bolts for the base. I could keep going.

Cheap pressboard material that splitscomes apart very easily. Very complex assembly. Many of the pieces were not labelled and not easily identifiable. This product is not safe and should be discontinued.
