These chairs are soft and comfortable. The seat has support so you don't sink down, but its also nice to sit on. The arms help when older folks sit in them and they need support to stand up. I like the smooth swivel action so you can face different directions. I highly recommend these.

I will be honest that the first shipment came damaged (one side was bentsmashed inward) and they forgot to enter the replacement order, but everything was resolved quickly and they sent FedEx to pick up the damaged item to my front door. Four stars is only for the headache I had to deal with that.
