Great bed

The bed arrived in one long box meaning virtually every part had to be assembled. Only one of each part was labelled adding an extra wrinkle to assembly. Assembly required installation of torx bolts for which an Allen wrench was provided. fortunately I had a set of torx bits so was able to use my drill to install. Construction appeared flimsy and one of the slats of the headboard was cracked. Since it was mostly on the backside I elected to keep it and glue it. Supposedly the trundle will hold 300 lbs but with only minimal support by 4 small casters I added 2 more in the center. The bottom of the legs were raw wood so I added some nylon tips to make it easier to slide and protect the floor. I bought the piece for a seasonal rental house. I’m hoping it will last the summer.
