Very well built, heavy duty and the upholstery is very nicely done.

This has been a terrible experience. I paid for assembly of all 4 chairs and Angie had it only for 1 chair. They told the poor guy he would only get paid for 1. I called Wayfair and they said they contacted Angie and they would be in touch soon. Well no phone call from Angie after an hour and I called them. I spent 20 minutes on the phone arguing with them and then they said when the guy was done I had to call them back and report his time! I called when he left and told their system was down and to call back in 2 hours. The chairs I ordered were damaged and 2 were quite warped and rocked. Called Wayfair again to be told they would send replacement parts. The chairs are warped and I wanted new ones. I now have to call Angie back to have these two new ones assembled and have the guy take these damaged ones apart so I can box them and have FedEx pick them up. This has been a frustrating experience. After all the phone calls and frustration, I was never even offered a credit of some sort. I am very disappointed in this experience.

Wood already split just got them today

I absolutely love my new counter, stools, easy Peezy to put together very satisfied! they came, and they were exactly what I ordered. I love them. Great job Wayfair!
