Quality was great, color great, everything worked, this is the 2nd one in 2 years, bought one for my aunt in Mo.

This chair doesn't fit anyone over 5'10". It may be 85" long when laid flat, but that is deceptive. I am 81" tall and my feet hang off the footrest by 10" and it wrecks my back. HORRIBLE DESIGN!

Best big man recliner we've ever owned! Plenty long enough so a 6'2 guy's feet don't dangle off the footrest.

Looked for hours online to find the exact recliner that my hubby has loved and worn out. This is the same maker and model as the old chair and is a completely different recliner. Shame on you Jackson. The footrest on this recliner will not go back into the down position without kicking it. Not easy to do when you have lower back problems. Do not buy a recliner that you have not sat in, and even then don't expect a past success with a particular model to guarantee future success.
