1st the items arrived damaged and left in the rain without ringing the bell or knocking! 2nd items arrived damaged with boxes crushed and re taped. 3rd the material of this product is cheap garbage.

Actually really love this! It was missing a washer and one of the Allen screw heads was filled in, so I could only hand tighten that one but otherwise it looks fantastic and feels very sturdy as well! We wanted something that looked more like a couch and less like a bed, and this is perfect!

I think the bed is fine. It would have been SUPER helpful if it had come with instructions to assemble. We had to figured it out on our own which was frustrating. It has a little extra basket and we don’t know where it goes. We’ve looked at every picture of the bed on the Wayfair site but can’t figure it out. Maybe an extra part in the box? With no instructions and a basket that doesn’t seem to go with the bed … it makes me wonder if we got a returned item which isn’t really great customer service. I also wish the drawers were on a track. They have mind of their own when we open or close them so that’s a bit of a pain.

Great Bed! My son (13 Years) LOVES it! I love it too looks great especially in a smaller room
