Red Barrel Studio Vintage Computer Desk With 4 Drawers And Shelves

Loved this desk when I saw it. Not so much now. Spent half the day trying to assemble it and it's still not done. The pieces are numbered but there are so many of them. The holes for the screws are very narrow and small. A powered drill with different bits would make assembling much easier. Hoping tomorrow is the day I finish this project. In hindsight, I should have bought a desk from a furniture store. My first time disappointed in Wayfair products.

Putting it together is a real challenge.

Good quality. Assembly service was prompt and efficient. Using top shelf for monitor depends on user’s height and height of desk chair.

Difficult to put together. Top arrived damaged. Wayfair didn’t have a suitable solution to replace, so gave a partial refund. Drawers stick. I’ll use it, but I’m definitely disappointed.

This item is so heavy I can’t manage it even to push it from my garage into the house to assemble it

What was delivered looks exactly like this photo. It arrived heavily protected in double boxes with not a scratch. Little written directions but lots of pictures. The material is a textured wood grain oak look. We are very pleased with the finished product. Good value for the price!

Such a great desk!! Well built

I was very excited to get this desk in black for my home office. Unfortunately, after I opened the box and saw all the pieces & components, I was shocked. The instructions say 2-3 hours for assembly. I had to use my contractor and partner to assemble it. They spent 7 hours in total to do it and additional tools were required. The assembly cost more than the desk. Note it is made of MDF which shows where the lag bolts are placed.
