Hi, I placed an order for a sofa cover and a loveseat cover. Unfortunately, the sizes do not fit my sofa or loveseat at all. When I tried to return the items, I found out that only 20 of the purchase price (before tax) would be refunded. This is not acceptable, especially since this was not clearly stated in your return policy. I am very dissatisfied with this situation. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there is any way for me to return the items and receive a full refund. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

It's ok, I don't love it; but it works for a pet cover for my loveseat. The straps to hold it in place do not fit my loveseat. It does work ok for a pet cover.
