Recliner does recline fine but does not decline easily. After a week we called Wayfair regarding the issue and was rebuffed. We were outside the 3 day window to have anything done. So this is the state of a company we have spent thousands of dollars with over the years. “At time of delivery you signed that the chair was working perfectly. We will not be able to help you since you called after 3 days”. Wayfair just lost a customer

UPDATE!! After a few months of use, this recliner needs to be replaced!!! TERRIBLE workmanship! The cushions broke down quickly. Back cushions are 50 flat and don’t touch seat. Seat cushion is warped. Leather is losing color in seat and headrest. My husband uses this chair on a daily basis and he is well under the weight limit. Attaching pictures and this recliner was bought 9 mos ago! Looks better than expected! Quality leather and build. Glad I paid extra for delivery inside, it makes everything easier and delivery guys were very nice and helpful. Very pleased with this purchase.

Two reasons we ordered this chair; 1) we love and trust the catnapper brand, and 2) my husband wanted a "long enough" chair with lay flat capability. The chair is perfect! Comfortable. Beautiful. The power feature is better than a lot of other brands because it moves you quickly to where you want to be. Previous recliners we've owned have been slow moving, and when you want to get up in a hurry, that is very frustrating! We will be ordering another catnapper chair in the near future for my father-in-law, and who knows...maybe one for me too :)

I bought two of these chairs in April 2020 and within a year & half the reclining mechanism metal bar completely snapped in two so now chair doesn't recline.

Bought for my hubby, he loves it.
