[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is definitely easier on my back than most office chairs. The worst thing about this chair is how adjustable the arm rests are. They move in just about EVERY direction and putting too much of your weight on them will make them go down without hitting the release button. It’s definitely easier to clean than fabric office chairs but someone got a drop of cleaner on the cushion and it appeared to permanently damage it. You have to be careful what you clean it with. Regular cleaning/disinfectant wipes will come away black from the seat material

The backrest height, chair height, tilt, recline, and armrests can all be adjusted to your preference. It was easy to put together, taking 5-10 minutes. It feels sturdy and well made.

The chair is very comfortable to set in, the padding on the bottom and the back provides good support. This is definitely a good chair to have if you have to set for long extended times.
