Canapé modulaire rembourré avec repose-pieds

Purchased as an Open Box item. The box was slightly beat up but the product didnt even look like it had been taken out of the plastic at all by the previous buyer. Comes as a felt covered box that you then put the washable cover on. VERY excited about the washable feature, as a house of many pets. The packaging is efficient, with all the pieces you need INSIDE the ottoman base. Getting the cover for the lower part ON is a two person job. Directions arent super helpful. And the pillow could use some Velcro to keep it on the top, so Ill probably add that. Doesnt seem like it would support 400 lbs as the description says it does, but certainly will support my 65 lb pup!

The instructions are not clear at all- we are unsure if the cover that was sent is not the correct one. We have contacted customer service twice for help, both times they continued to just send us the same instruction sheet and did not help at all. Do Not Buy.
