How many messages do I have to fill out since the chairs are unusable. The longest screw does not tighten in the space provided in the bottom of the chair. You have sent me a duplicate set and that didn't work and also replaced one of the chairs and that long screw doesn't tighten. When you turn the chair right side up the screw falls out. Unable to find longer screw that fits. What now?
