Love how it looks in my parlor corner! It came very well packaged but the back piece of plywood with the cord hole had been bashed in and broken. It doesn’t show, so we taped it up for now and will replace later. Every surface that matters was in great shape and a beautiful cherry finish.

Unfortunately, this piece arrived covered with sheets of cardboard that were folded around it and taped together with yards of tape. When I opened it, the back had popped off, and the opposing molding was broken and splintered. In order to get a replacement (assuming that that would have arrived intact if it had been packed the same way!!) or a refund, I was told that I have pack it securely and send it back, which was too hard to do given the original packing. Too bad.

Product came damaged. The outside of the shipment was in perfect condition. The cabinet was damaged from the manufacturer. I immediately made a claim via a Wayfair website and the attendant said they would send out a replacement part. After weeks of waiting, they never did send the replacement part. Beware of your purchase on Wayfair. Very bad service.
