The bookcases are great. The customer service was horrible. Less than 48 hour after my purchase, Wayfair dropped the price $300 and they refused to price match. A manager never contacted me as I requested. Horribly disappointed and I will never shop at Wayfair again.

Shelves were very true to color in photos. Very sturdy and came already assembled. The back was not as thicksturdy as I would have liked but not a big deal. One shelf had a crack and we called and the sent a replacement very quickly. Shelves did not line up flush when push together. We opted to separate and chan the layout of our room.
